Music Production Pivot

We also assisted in developing a user-friendly website that showcases their music productions and connects them with fans, artists, and industry partners.

Corporate Training Solutions
RoseMarie Consulting partnered with MACC, a mission-driven organization, to develop custom e-learning training modules for their staff and clients. Understanding the need for accessible and impactful training, we designed interactive content tailored to MACC’s goals and the needs of their partners.

Over 18 months, our team created, implemented, and managed the training for 84 agencies that MACC partnered with. We provided end-to-end support, ensuring the e-learning modules were seamlessly integrated and effectively delivered.

Through this collaboration, MACC gained a scalable, efficient training system that enhanced staff and client skills, empowering them to better serve their communities and advance MACC’s mission of positive social impact.

Creating & Measuring Digital Platforms
We partnered with CANDYCANE, a fitness company with multiple locations, to conduct a comprehensive climate audit. The audit assessed their current operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Based on the findings, we developed a strategic plan to transition CANDYCANE’s fitness program to a digital platform, enabling them to reach and service a broader client base.

Over the course of a one-year contract, we worked closely with CANDYCANE to roll out the digital fitness program, ensuring smooth integration and user-friendly access for clients. Our team also tracked key performance indicators and measured results to determine the return on investment (ROI), helping CANDYCANE refine their approach and maximize impact.

Through this collaboration, CANDYCANE was able to expand their reach, increase client engagement, and enhance their overall service offering, positioning the company for long-term success in the digital fitness space.
